David Sousa hails from Espinho in Portugal. David has had a fascination with magic since a very early age and his first Mickey Mouse Magic Box gift on his 6th birthday! He went on to win numerous magic competitions, delighting audiences making doves appear from silks and playing cards from his empty hands, a classical Chinese linking rings routine and he would finish with a snow storm from a small piece of paper. In 2000 he appeared for the first time on National TV after an invitation to perform a card manipulation routine by Portugal's most prestigious and famous magician, Luis deMatos). David went on to study theatre skills and is an accomplished actor and a martial arts enthusiast. Today David is FISM World Magic Champion. He has performed worldwide on stage and screen in Europe USA and Asia, and last year was voted Magician of the year by the prestigious API. Watch and be amazed!
